- Yes we have some solar PV but please do not use the aircon unnecessarily or Leave it one when you leave the property! thanks (a coin slot meter will be installed soon)

Rates are shown below, (they may be cheaper elsewhere depending upon many factors) , and are plus tourist / visitor tax and cleaning fee, payable upon arrival. 40% of the fee is charged in advance and is non refundable for the last 7 days before arrival.
This is a whole property rental and is subject to a returnable deposit (cash / card) subject to no losses or damages being agreed.
The rate of the deposit is currently €300 cash (£250 card payment) but any claim for losses or damage could easily exceed this amount.
Our Cleaning fee currently €38, but you must leave the property as you would expect to find it if you had just arrived. Tourist tax around €4.80 for 3 nights
